Lara Cheng

Lara Cheng trained at the San Francisco Ballet School where she performed in The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle and the annual Student Showcase. She has also studied ballet at the Academy of Ballet in San Francisco, UC San Diego and Western Ballet, and taught at Western Ballet and Google. Lara was a Company Dancer at Peninsula Ballet Theatre for 7 seasons, where she performed in The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Carnival of the Animals and their biannual Cabaret productions. She joined Oceánica Ballet for the inaugural season in 2021 and is thrilled to be part of the company.
